Rob went above and beyond by changing the battery in my key fob, cleaning the leaves out from below my windshield, and taking the time to walk me through the oil change process on my Mercedes. I appreciated that he explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with the service being performed. Eddie made sure all of my fluids were topped off and checked everything thoroughly. One of the biggest benefits was the convenience. Instead of dealing with the hassle of scheduling service with the dealership, I was able to pull in, have everything taken care of, and be back on the road in about 30 minutes or less. The service was efficient without feeling rushed, and the facility was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. What impressed me most was that I never felt pressured into purchasing additional services I didn’t need. Unfortunately, that’s become pretty common at many places, but this team was honest, respectful, and focused on providing great customer service rather than making unnecessary sales. Eddie was especially kind with my son, taking the time to talk with him and making him feel included. He had a smile on his face the entire time and was just as friendly and welcoming with every customer who came through the door. It’s rare to find a business with such a welcoming atmosphere, knowledgeable staff, and genuine care for their customers. Thank you, Rob, Eddie, and the entire team for making what is usually a routine chore such a pleasant experience. Great vibes all around and outstanding customer service. Highly recommended!

I purchased a Groupon for an oil change and free safety check. I also scheduled an appointment. I get to the location and I'm told we don't take appointments. You couldn't possibly scheduled one. You just get in line. Which is interesting cuz it was from website that I scheduled the appointment. I then pulled in shut up the Groupon and he's telling me it's another $23 above what I already paid telling me that I have a specialty canister. Maybe I didn't notice that on the Groupon and I was actually going to let them do the service. Anyway until the guy kept going about you don't have to do it. You can leave not making you stay here. That tells me you really didn't want my service so I left. I now have to get the Groupon returned
They are not honest . Bought a Groupon valued at $84.99 at $49 with a promotion, then they charged me $33.00. Paying a total of $82 . They REFUSED to honor the $12 promotional code and wrote $62 in the receipt they and said if he were to input $62 he would have to charge me $39 making me pay in total $98 . The. Told me something about a light bulb which someone was able to pop back in . He took it and told me I’d have to take some panels out . Complete worst place EVER . Rob, you should be ashamed of yourself.
Rob is a scumbag and rude. Left 2 screws off my oil pan cover which then fell off and needed a visit to the dealership. Does not know what he's doing and is extremely rude.
Always a great experience. Great friendly, Honest and accommodating staff and quality service. This is my go to place for oil changes for both of my vehicles (Cadillac Escalade and Chevy Impala)
Only gave it half a star so I can leave a review letting you all know that this place are scammers and crooks apart of a successful organizational pattern to domestically terrorize the finances of the United States citizens and state of New Jersey residents. They are using Groupon to lure in unsuspecting vulnerable citizens with very low prices listed on the Groupon and once they get you to their location for the oil change they charge extra money so unreasonable that if you would have known before buying the coupon you wouldn’t have. They think they are crafty and smart because they used word magic as in the way they used the words on Groupon it would almost guarantee that they wouldn’t be caught or held liable legally. But they aren’t as smart as they think they are all though they have scammed a lot of citizens with the help of Groupon and words games. If this happened to you or someone you know please leave a review with your email address. Claims need to be first submitted against greenbrook for allowing this place to operate deceptively and amongst other things.
After my experience today 4/12. I will never go back to this establishment again.

Decided to try this place out needed an oil change. They had a good group on deal so before I left I purchased it. When I get there I find out I have to wait 24 hours to use it. What a jip. What’s the point of having the deal if u have to wait a day. It seems underhanded to me. Went to other place up the street there group on worked right away. U shouldn’t advertise a special if your going to put restrictions on it in the fine print. Like I said it’s sneaky and underhanded.

I don't recommend this place for service...no technical/qualify people..i changed my car's engine oil here..but they broke my car's lower safety guard and blame on honda...even they didn't do inspection of my car well..they mentioned it's free but they don't do any inspection...Don't go this place for oil change or any kind of service.
I drove 25 minutes to be told to come back later because they couldn't pull up the information on the voucher I purchased on Groupon. They kept repeating to come back after 24 hours post purchase, but it was already over that time. Valvoline is only a couple miles down the highway so I'll go there from now on. Haven't had an issue there before

The hood technician Eddie Camacho, at Castrol Premium Lube Express GreenBrook location, is great to work with. He is friendly, informative and very professional. I use to go to a competitor for over 14 years but after a couple of bad experience decide to finally try a new service center. Due to the consistent great service with Eddie there is not where else I will be going. Service: Oil change

Rob and all the guys at Castrol are great. They were able to get my A/C up and running after 2 years of it being down. As always Rob checked out everything and made suggestions which is always welcome and helpful. Their prices are good, and i never feel pressured into buying something i do not need.
